We here at Ölverk offer fun & educational tours where we discuss the history of beer in Iceland, geothermal activity in the Hengill area and the use of geothermal energy here in Hveragerði as well as in the whole of Iceland.
The main focus of our tours, however, is the story of Ölverk and our amazing brewing process.
Each guest gets to taste four different Ölverk beers during our tour. Note that no other drinks, except water of course, are included in our brewery tour.
Our traditional brewery tour lasts around 40 minutes and takes place in our a private area Bjórgerði, that accommodates up to 65 people.
Price per person 4050,- ISK.
Minimum group size 20 people but this can vary depending on time, day and availability.
Please note that participants must be 20 years old to participate in our tours.
